Shipping & Returns














All shipping prices are listed in CAD. For Canadian orders we ship via Canada Post and for all other orders we ship via DHL (US Standard shipping is shipped via Canada Post). 

STANDARD shipping is up to 10 business days after the order has been shipped.

EXPRESS shipping is up to 2 business days after the order has been shipped.

Wildflo Studio offers free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the US. 
Orders will be shipped out within 1-7 business days after being placed and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 
Wildflo Studio is not responsible for any customs or duties fees incurred on international orders. 

All shipping is tracked and Wildflo Studio is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. 

We cannot guarantee shipping times. 

Exchanges and Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

To request an exchange or return, please send us an email at with your full name and order number and we will send you a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the store credit amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not refund original shipping costs.

We will notify you if the return was approved or not once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be issued a store credit via email. Please allow for 1-3 business days to process your return after it has been delivered.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
