Orders
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac, PayPal, and Sezzle.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

You can modify your order within two hours of receiving your confirmation email by emailing support@wildflostudio.com with the subject line "Order Modification", your order number, and full name. Please note we are unable to cancel orders once placed.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?

We sincerely apologise for any issues with your order. Please contact us at support@wildflostudio.com with the subject line "Damaged/Incorrect Order", your order number, and full name. Claims must be made within seven days of delivery.
How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. After processing, a separate email with your tracking information will be sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All duties and import taxes are included on U.S. orders. For other international orders, duties may apply depending on your country. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Products & sizing
How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide and model fit notes. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
How do I care for my Wildflo pieces?

Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label. As a general rule, machine wash cold and line dry. Linen gets softer with every wash.
Will sold out items be restocked?

We produce in small quantities under 100 units per style. Restocks are not guaranteed. Sign up to our email list to be the first to know about new drops and any limited restocks.
