Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request store credit. Items must be unworn, unused, and with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@wildflostudio.com with your full name and order number to initiate a return or exchange. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit. We are unable to provide return labels for addresses outside of Canada.
Do you offer refunds?

We offer store credit for returned items. We do not provide refunds at this time. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit is issued via email within 1-3 business days of your return being processed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@wildflostudio.com right away and we'll take care of it. Claims must be made within seven days of delivery.
Are sale items returnable?
