Our garments are made with responsible fabrics including GOTS certified organic cotton, linen and deadstock fabrics. Approximately 60% of our products are made with GOTS certified organic cotton (as of 12.24), 10% with linen and 30% with deadstock/conventional cotton. Please see each product page for the fiber breakdown. All our products have a maximum of 5% synthetic fiber (elastane).
Please note that some of our poplin products were previously listed as BCI. However, as we cannot fully verify the entire supply chain of our deadstock fabrics, we've removed the BCI label from these products to avoid confusion and maintain transparency. (11.24)
Our GOTS products use low impact reactive dyes (no azo dyes) and wet processing must be of at least 75% natural origin. Our GOTS factories are required to dispose of waste water from dying at an effluent treatment plant. The processing and use of organic fabrics are not only less harmful to the environment, but beneficial to everyone in the supply chain, from the cotton farmers to the garment-makers.
Aside from our silk scarf, all of our products are 100% vegan. We do not use leather, wool, down or other animal products.
